Ginseng Cultivation Workshop

Join CCE Agroforestry Educators at Wild Geese Farm for a hands-on American Ginseng Cultivation Workshop. We will focus on Ginseng site selection, planting and protection practices plus regulations. Participants will get an overview of a visual site assessment tool plus opportunity for hands on site prep and planting.
This workshop will be outdoors, held rain (snow) or shine! Please dress appropriately for walking through pasture and in the forest. Be prepared for a 1/4 mile walk across varied terrain, pants and closed toed shoes will be needed.
