Maple Syrup Workshop

If so, join NYS Maple Specialist Aaron Wightman for a 3-hour workshop. We will explore the basic principles of sugarmaking, sugarbush management, tubing system design, alternative tree
syrups including walnut, birch and beech, value-added products opportunities, and more.
