The benefits of gardening and landscaping are well known, but the “how-to” may not be common knowledge. The Tuesday Gardening Class Series will be open to community members looking to gain valuable gardening information as the 2024 growing season rapidly approaches. The classes will cover a variety of topics from seedling care to controlling pests. 

Dates and topics: (Tuesdays 1:30 - 2:30 pm)

  • April 9: Seedling Care and No-tilling gardening
  • April 16: Permaculture and native plants
  • April 30: Medicinal herbs 
  • May 7: Composting 101 
  • May 14: Supporting pollinators in the garden 
  • May 21: Controlling pest in the garden
