Topics to be discussed: housing, feeding, health, weather and predator concerns, processing, food safety, and more. Whether you’re interested in raising a few chickens in your backyard or developing your own chicken-based enterprise, this workshop will give you the tools to get started.
The workshop will be offered at the Extension Center in Belmont. Cost for program is $10/family or farm. To pre-register contact Lynn Bliven 585-268-7644 ext. 18 or lao3@conell.edu
