Dairy Drive-Thru
Barney Farms and 4-H Project Clover Aid are joined by Hoffman Family Farm to host a 4th dairy drive-thru event open to any community members who are in need.
Wow, we have now completed 3 successful Dairy Drives. Equally tremendous events with many partners coming together to make it a huge success!

Milk for Health and Upstate Farms for their donation and for allowing us to purchase (through your donations) milk and string cheese!!

Whitesville Central School for hosting our first and third event and their wiliness to hold a second drive. We could not have done this without the support and staff volunteers!!

The outpouring of donation both online and at the drive will allow us to host our next will be Friday, May 15th form 2-3 pm at Wellsville's Elementary School located on School Street.
Proper social distancing, safety and public health hygiene practices will be adhered to throughout the distribution events. Everyone is asked to remain in their vehicles at all times. Please be patient and we will bring the dairy products right to you!
Each carload will receive one pre-packaged bag of dairy items and milk. Bags are free however monetary donations will be accepted. THANK YOU so much for your support! And PLEASE spread the word!
We want to thank everyone that contributed to and participated in our Dairy Drive-thru events. The need for dairy products in our community continues however is being served in other ways such as the Nourish NY.
So with your continued support 4-H Project Clover Aid would like to turn our efforts to Food Boxes for Farmers. This is a busy time of year for farmers to get away to access other programs. Delivering to their door to show our appreciation for their continued dedication to feeding us while working through a stressful time

Please write "Dairy Drive" on memo line and mailed to: CCE Allegany County 5435A County Road 48 Belmont, NY 14813. All monetary donations, 100% will go back into the drive to provide products for distribution to local farms.

About Barney Farms
Barney Farms is home to 360 head of dairy cattle from newborn calves to milking cows. We are currently milking 195 head 3X a day. We are very much a family farm, with our faith in God leading us. We started farming in 2004, and have grown ever since. Our oldest son Tyler has recently purchased cattle and is working towards becoming a partner with us. Our oldest daughter Mikayla recently got married to a hog farmer, leaving the dairy farm but using her experience to help her husband on his farm. Our youngest daughter Katie is a senior in high school and will be attending Cobleskill College this fall for Ag Business. Our youngest son Eli is becoming a more involved part of our farm milking cows and driving equipment.
About Hoffman Family Farm LLC
Many of the children from this multi-generational dairy farm located in Potter County, PA attended Wellsville School. They are proud to help the community as dairy nutrition and education are very important to Hoffman Farm. They typically host farm tours but this year that wasn't possible so they are excited to be able to help with the Wellsville Dairy Drive-Thru.

About Clover Aid
Project Clover Aid was started in April 2019 by a small group of Allegany County 4-H members seeking to help farmers devastated by the flooding in Nebraska. What started as a decision to make and send cards and calf blankets to fellow 4-H’ers and their families grew into a campaign to support farmers in need.
At this time the 4-H’ers and their families have been very busy making cards, cookie bags and even dinners to provide to local farm families as a way to show our support to those that we all depend on in so many ways.
