What's Your Weed? Identification Day

Come join Allegany Master Gardeners at the Belmont Farmers Market on Thursday, September 23 from 11am to 3pm.
We will be assisting Allegany County residents with weed identification. Are you curious to know what the weed is that's growing in your garden or backyard? Are you trying to get rid of it and having little success?
We ask that you:
• Limit of 2 weed samples per person.
• Try to get some of the roots and remove most of the soil.
• To prevent drying out, wrap in a damp paper towel and place in a sealed plastic bag filled with some air to keep the sample fresh.
