Cornell Cooperative Extension will host a Farm Open House at Burley Berries for Military Veterans who are curious about, aspiring to be or are currently farming. Active and Retired Veterans and their families are encouraged to attend to learn about the opportunities available for military veteran farmers. The event will be held at Burley Berries 6335 Route 20A East in Warsaw, NY 14569 from 2-5pm. The afternoon will be filled with learning about managing a small strawberry and grazing farm. Hands-on activities will be incorporated throughout the day during the field walks for both children and adults. Following the field walks families will be able to participate in an on farm scavenger hunt.

Hands-On Activity: Butter Making
• 3:30pm-4:00pm: Family Scavenger Hunt
• 4:00pm-5:00pm: Dinner
Event will be held rain or shine!
