Living Food Workshop

Ready for healthier food habits but you don’t know where to start? Join Cornell Cooperative Extension and Kathee Sive, Living Food practitioner, teach you how to begin. Kathee will demonstrate how to:

  • grow your own sprouts, wheatgrass, buckwheat and sunflower lettuce,
  • make seed cheese, seed milk, seed yogurt, rejuvelac, 7 day sauerkraut, Essene crackers, and a fruit “ice cream” pie,
  • explain the difference between raw food and live food,
  • and follow it all up with a 20 item buffet of seeds, grains, and nuts naturally processed into gourmet delicacies.
